Diary of a Lagos Commuter: These Drivers Want to Drive us Crazy

That moment it seems the traffic jam is going to kill us all and you stretch your neck to find out what exactly is causing the gridlock.  What you see is that a private car has slowed down to exchange pleasantries with another car on the other side of the road. Or worse, she slowed down to buy a candy. Aaarrgh! When are we going to change these bad behaviours?
